LAHORE: After the vaccination of frontline well being staff, the method of vaccinating the remainder of the general public towards coronavirus will begin quickly, says Punjab Well being Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid.

Throughout a Punjab Meeting session, the provincial minister mentioned that 17 million coronavirus vaccines have been ordered after which the method of vaccinating most of the people will start.

PML-N MPA Samira Komal received indignant over the utilisation of funds and mentioned that funds had been being squandered by the Punjab well being authorities.

Earlier, Nationwide Command and Operation Centre head Asad Umar had introduced that the federal government will begin vaccinating residents over the age of 65 for coronavirus in March for which the registration course of started final month.

“Pleased to announce that registration for getting COVID vaccine is now open for all citizens 65 and above,” mentioned the minister, who’s in command of spearheading the nation’s battle towards coronavirus.
