The Sindh Excessive Courtroom on Thursday served notices to the Greater Training Fee chairman and the federal secretary for regulation in a case pertaining to the abolishment of quota system within the Central Superior Providers (CSS) exams 2021.

The petitioner knowledgeable the courtroom that the quota system needed to be abolished after 40 years underneath Structure’s Article 27, including that regardless of it being talked about within the regulation, the federal government was conducting it underneath the quota system.

Within the petition, advocate Tariq Manzoor appealed to the courtroom that the exams needs to be carried out on advantage.
