ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Excessive Courtroom on Monday issued notices to the house and protection secretaries, and former inspector-general of police Aamir Zulfiqar Khan in a lacking particular person’s case.

A single-member bench presided over by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was listening to a petition filed by Zainab Zaeem Khan, spouse of Abdullah Omar, who has been lacking since June 2015.

In the course of the listening to, the decide was irked by the unpreparedness of involved officers and warned of motion towards the house secretary and the current Inspector-Common of Police (IGP) Qazi Jamilur Rehman.

The judge remarked that security agencies have failed to protect citizens and issued notices to home and defense secretaries and former IGP of Islamabad Police.

The hearing has been adjourned till January 19.

Case background
