LAHORE: Punjab’s Anti-Corruption Institution (ACE) on Tuesday made headway within the probe of the leaked Punjab Public Service Fee (PPSC) examination paper.

The ACE officers stated that PPSC Bahawalpur’s Assistant Director Furqan Ahmed had been arrested after a suspect, Fahad Ali, had recognized him.

The officers stated that Furqan would meet the examination paper’s consumers together with a suspect from the finance division, Ghanzafar.

A day earlier, ACE officers stated that one of many suspects, arrested in reference to leaking PPSC’s examination, had transferred recordsdata to a USB system.

PPSC paper leak

The committee, led by CM’s Inspection Group (CMIT) chairperson Ali Murtaza, has been tasked to submit a report in 5 days.

“The PPSC is a national organisation and nobody will be allowed to play with its reputation,” the Punjab CM stated.

“The CMIT team will expose the elements who are involved in paper leak scandal,” he stated, including that officers supporting the gang accountable for the paper leak will even be delivered to guide and the PPSC’s repute protected.
