Prime Minister Imran Khan’s ‘present’ for Karachi will arrive within the metropolis on January 5, stated sources. 

Sources confirmed to Geo Information that fifty hearth tenders and two water bowsers will arrive on the Karachi port on January 5, including that the Sindh Infrastructure Improvement Firm Ltd (SIDCL) had obtained advance discover of their arrival. 

Prime Minister Imran Khan will go to Karachi briefly within the second or third week of January. In the course of the event of the premier’s go to, the hearth tenders might be handed over to the Sindh authorities, confirmed sources. 

The 50 hearth tenders had been dispatched from China for Karachi on December 20, 2020. At the moment, the port metropolis has 44 hearth tenders out of which solely 14 perform. 

Ali Zaidi reveals PM Imran Khan’s ‘present’ for Karachi

Earlier, Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi had stated that the hearth tenders and water bowsers had been PM Imran Khan’s “gift” for Karachi. 

Taking to Twitter, the minister had introduced that fifty state-of-the-art hearth tenders with the capability to carry 7,000 litres of water and two hearth bowsers are on their solution to Karachi.

He had thanked the prime minister for approving the automobiles for the town.

“50 State of the Art Fire Tenders of 7000 liters of water & foam capacity + 2 Water Bowsers loaded on a ship & on their way to KHI. Thank You PM @ImranKhanPTI for this gift to KHI!” he tweeted.
