KARACHI: A legal dispute has been documented against a beauty parlor situated in Karachi’s Zamzama region after the salon took advance installment from a customer and wouldn’t restore it without giving any services.
According to the request documented at the Consumer Protection Court, South, the candidate’s girl was going to get hitched before the COVID-19 lockdown and booked the salon’s wedding cosmetics services.

The candidate, who is the lady of the hour’s dad, said the beauty parlor took installment ahead of time, yet was closed down due to the Covid lockdown prior this year.

“The owners of the salon told us they would not return the payment at any cost,” the solicitor said. “When my daughter did not get her makeup done from the salon, then what are they charging us for?”

Upon hearing the appeal, the Consumer Protection Court, South, has requested that the salon present a reaction to the petition.
