LAHORE: Former Member of the Nationwide Meeting and Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Salman Butt has handed away on Thursday, JI spokesperson has revealed.
In response to the JI Lahore spokesperson, Hafiz Salman Butt suffered a coronary heart assault final night time. The deceased was 65 years of age.
Per Geo Information, Hafiz Salman Butt was present process therapy on the intensive care unit (ICU) of a personal hospital after affected by the guts assault. He had diabetes for a very long time.
The JI spokesperson added that the deceased’s funeral prayers might be held in Mansoorah tomorrow at 2pm.

Expressing grief over the demise, Dr Samina Raheel Qazi, the daughter of former Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Qazi Hussain Ahmed, took to Twitter and wrote that Hafiz Salman Butt was a courageous man, each inside and out of doors of the Nationwide Meeting.
“May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant him a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous,” Dr Qazi wrote.
