The Federal Board of Income (FBR) has introduced that it might take motion in opposition to main tax defaulters who didn’t submit their returns for 2020, sources knowledgeable Geo Information on Monday.
In accordance with sources, a listing of 25 main tax defaulters has been sought from all giant taxpayers’ places of work (LTOs).

The LTOs have been directed to submit the lists of high 25 tax defaulters inside two weeks, and motion shall be taken in opposition to those that would fail to conform.
Sources mentioned that the FBR has to date issued tax notices to 1.4 million tax defaulters.
