Customs officers have seized as many as 57 “high-value” cell phones together with different worthwhile digital objects on the Islamabad Worldwide Airport, it was introduced on Wednesday.
Federal Bureau of Income’s spokesperson, in a tweet, stated: “Consistent efforts resulted in seizures of 57 high-value mobile phones, 16 Ipads and 4 drone cameras along with other electronic items like smartwatches.”
Revealing the price of the seized items, the spokesperson stated that they have been price Rs11 million. “Legal Action has been initiated against two individuals.”
The spokesperson stated that the crackdown on the airport was made in keeping with “the vision of prime minister” in opposition to “illegal movement of commercial goods”.
